We are happy to exchange the same item for a different size. If you would like to exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the original size purchased and the new size required and additionally the date of purchase. If the new size required is in stock we will then send a confirmation email, and request you complete the exchange form (found in the original package) and return the item to us in its original packaging. The new exchange item will then be forwarded to you.
- We have a 28-day exchange policy and are unable to offer an exchange after this period.
- All exchanges must be on the same item as we unable to offer an exchange on a different item.
- All exchanges must be unused (based on the reasonable person standard) and returned in the same condition that you received it. If this is not adhered to; we will not be able to offer an exchange.
- If you are returning an item to us for exchange; the postage costs must be met by you. This is due to the fact that all our proceeds go to our campaign/ running costs. However if you are unsure about sizing pre-purchase you are welcome to drop us an email at

- When returning your item for exchange to us; please include a suitable self-addressed envelope which we can forward your exchange to you.
- Exchange is not applicable on sale items.
We are happy to refund your item within a 28-day period. Refunds outside this period will not be valid.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused (based on the reasonable person standard) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To commence your return, please use the order form, which is within your packaging to send the item/s back to us. Once we have received the returned items and subject to it being eligible for a refund (as stated above) we will then email you of the approval of the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days period. If the refund is not deemed to be eligible we will also notify you be email.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you returning an item back to us for a refund, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service. This is because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and therefore we cannot refund items we do not receive back.
- If you experience a delay in receiving your refund please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after this, you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
